These are a pair of light to medium blue jeans. The front was painted using a permanent black sharpie pen. It has been washed on cold and should not fade. The design is full of minimalist imagines from faces, flowers to butterflies. The back of the jeans remains without design. These jeans portray jagged bolts of purple and white lighting, covering the front of the pants. Medium blue in overall background color, with some lighter blue tones around the thighs and knees. These jeans were my first attempt to painting on clothes. The paint used on them was acrylic paint mixed with a fabric paint medium. This makes the artwork a little more heavy to the touch.
